We shortlist
We speak to every candidate ourselves before you see them, and we check right to work, NMC registration where the role needs it, and a DBS check where it is required.
You interview
We arrange it, confirm it, and tell you if anything changes.
They start
You pay the fee when they do. If they leave inside the guarantee period, we replace them or refund it.
