Haldon Health places permanent clinical and care staff for healthcare employers in the United Kingdom and the United States. We are a trading name of Parkstrasse Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
What we are
Four things, plainly.
- Specialists, not generalists. Healthcare and care settings only. We do not recruit outside them.
- Permanent placements. We are not a shift agency and we do not supply temporary cover.
- Two markets, run properly. A British employer and an American employer need different things, so each has its own pages, its own terms and its own checks.
- One standard. The same guarantee and the same honest terms in both countries.
What we do not do
Four things we will not do.
We do not charge candidates a fee. Not for registering, not for placing them, not ever. Employers pay us, once, when somebody starts.
We do not supply temporary or agency cover. Permanent placements only. If you need a shift filled tomorrow, we are the wrong people and we will say so.
We do not recruit outside healthcare and care. If a role is not in our settings, we will tell you rather than take the brief.
We do not ask for a retainer or exclusivity. You owe us nothing until somebody starts.
