Privacy policy

This policy explains what Haldon Health collects, why, who handles it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Haldon Health is a trading name of Parkstrasse Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14996458. We recruit for healthcare employers in the United Kingdom and the United States, so this policy covers both.

The short version

• We collect what you send us, to do the thing you contacted us about.
• We do not buy lists and we do not add you to a mailing list.
• We never sell your information, and we never share your mobile number or your text message consent with anyone else for marketing.

What we collect

When you send a form on this website, we collect what you type into it:

• Full name
• Email
• Phone or mobile number (optional)
• Where are you?
• Which are you?
• What do you need? (optional)

If you go on to apply for a role, or you ask us to fill one, we will also hold what you send us after that: a CV or résumé, your work history, the roles you are interested in, your right to work or licensure status where a role requires it, and the notes we make while putting you forward.

The form also sends two things you do not type:

• A spam check. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person. It may process technical data such as your IP address and browser details for that purpose. It loads when you open the page with the form, before you type or send anything, and it gives the form a one-time pass that goes with your request. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
• The time you opened the form. The form notes when the page was ready, so a request sent faster than a person could type is treated as a bot. It goes with your request and is not kept.

We do not ask for anything else, and we do not collect information about you from anywhere else.

What any visit sends

Like every website, this one is delivered by a hosting company (Vercel), and your browser sends it your IP address and basic browser details each time you load a page. The fonts on this site are served from the site itself, not from a third party. This website does not use analytics, and it does not use marketing or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

Mobile numbers and text messages

This section is the one people most want a straight answer on, so here it is.

• We never sell or share mobile numbers with anyone.
• Mobile information and text message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Not with partners, not with advertisers, not with lead buyers, not with analytics companies.
• We text you only if you have asked us to, and only about your own application or a role you have contacted us about. We do not send marketing texts.
• Agreeing to texts is never a condition of applying for a role, of being considered for one, or of using this website.
• You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Our full SMS terms set out what we send, how often, and what it may cost you.

The only companies that ever see your mobile number are the service providers we use to run this service — the ones listed below, and the messaging provider that carries our text messages. They see it only to deliver a message or to hold our records, under contract, and never for their own purposes. None of them may use it for their own marketing, and we do not let them.

Why we collect it

• To answer what you sent us.
• To send you one email straight away confirming we got it.
• To reply to you by email, by phone if you gave us a number, and by text only if you ticked the box asking us to.
• To put you forward for a role, where that is what you asked us to do, and to tell an employer about you only with your agreement.
• To fill a role for an employer who has asked us to.

We do not use what you send for anything else.

Who handles it

What you send reaches our mailbox at hello@haldonhealth.com. These service providers handle it, only to do the jobs listed:

• Google Workspace, which hosts the mailbox your message arrives in
• Vercel, which hosts this website and runs the form
• Resend, which delivers your message and sends you the confirmation email
• Cloudflare, which provides DNS for this domain and runs the spam check on the form

The form itself stores nothing: it sends your request to our mailbox by email.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent or trade what you send us, and we do not share it for advertising. We share a candidate’s details with an employer only when that candidate has agreed to be put forward to them, and we share what the role needs rather than everything we hold.

How long we keep it

If you contact us and do not go on to work with us, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we are putting you forward for roles, we keep your details for as long as we are doing that and for 12 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Email hello@haldonhealth.com and we will do it. We will not treat you any differently for asking.

If you are in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 give you those rights. We rely on your consent where you have given it, and on our legitimate interests in recruiting for an employer where you have asked us to act for you. You can withdraw consent at any time. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

If you are in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to know, correct and delete, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you can still ask.

Children

This website and our service are for adults looking for work and for employers hiring. They are not meant for children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update it on this page. This policy is effective from 1 November 2026.
