How a vacancy is filled.
The brief
We ask what the role actually involves, not just the job title. Setting, hours, pay, who interviews, and when you need somebody.
The shortlist
We speak to every candidate ourselves. We check right to work, NMC registration where the role needs it, and a DBS check where it is required. You get a shortlist with our notes on each person and the reason they are on it.
The interviews
We arrange them, confirm them, and chase them. If a candidate pulls out we tell you the same day.
The start date
You pay one fee when the person starts. If they leave inside the guarantee period we replace them or refund the fee.
