What’s on this website is general information. It isn’t advice for your particular business, and you shouldn’t rely on it as if it were.

Asking us for something

Sending the form doesn’t commit you to anything, and it doesn’t commit us to taking on your vacancy or to putting you forward for a role. Whether you act on what we tell you, with us or without us, is up to you.

No promise of results

Nothing on this website promises a result. Nobody can honestly promise one, and we don’t.

Text messages

If you tick the text message box on a form on this site, we may send you text messages about your enquiry, your application, or a role you have contacted us about. We never send marketing texts, and agreeing to texts is never a condition of applying for a role or of using this site.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply. Our SMS terms set out in full what we send, how often, and what it may cost you, and our privacy policy explains what we do with your number. We never sell or share mobile numbers or text message consent with anyone for their marketing.

Working with us

If you instruct us to fill a role, the work is covered by a separate written agreement. That agreement, not this page, sets out what we will do, the fee, the guarantee period and how either of us can end it. We never charge candidates a fee.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site: don’t try to break it, overload it, or send the form on someone else’s behalf without their say-so.

Our content

The words, drawings and design on this site are ours. You’re welcome to read them and share links to them.

Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
